1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Nutri Peak Asia (Under the business entity called ‘Flexel Pte Ltd’), hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the services provided.
2. Services
The Company offers nutrition consultancy services to both individuals and corporations. The services include but are not limited to personalized nutrition plans, dietary advice, and related consultations.
3. Client Responsibilities
(a) Individual Clients: You, as an individual client, agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health, dietary habits, and any other relevant details required for the provision of services.
(b) Corporate Clients: Corporate clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the organization, the number of employees involved, and any specific requirements for the nutrition consultancy services.
4. Payment Terms
(a) Individual Clients: Payment for services is due upon agreement and before the commencement of any consultancy services.
(b) Corporate Clients: Corporate clients will be invoiced based on the agreed-upon terms. Payment is due within the specified period as mentioned in the invoice.
5. Confidentiality
The Company acknowledges the confidential nature of the information provided by the client. Both parties agree to keep all information strictly confidential, except as required by law.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the information provided through its services.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined herein.
